The policy covers cancellation or refund in two ways. Buying a course from our website means you agree and abide with the details given below:

  1. Cancellation before getting access to the course and learning kit

    If User's credit/ debit/ cash card has already been charged for the purchase and User's order is cancelled, the Company shall immediately issue a credit to User's credit/ debit/ cash card account for the amount of the charge.   2. Cancellation after getting access to the course and learning kit

    If User has already got access or enrolled to the course, then the company cannot cancel the order.
  3. Any Course purchased from the Website can also be cancelled if the Course supplied by the website is not accessible or the Course received is different from the Course that was ordered.
  4. The User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of learning kit whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner. The Exchange/Replacement is applicable only if there is some Issue with the Learning Kit.User can request for Exchange/ Replacement of the Learning Kit any time after it's delivery but not later than Seven(7) days from the date of delivery of the Kit by placing 'Exchange'/ 'Replacement Request' on the Website or by sending a mail to us at This email address is being protected from spambots.   2. Learning Kit is provided for free along with the Course. Hence no Exchange/Replacement will be applicable for the same.

User(s) can avail refund policies only under given circumstances described below:

  1. Cancellation/Exchange made in accordance with above terms qualifies for payment reversal/replacement depending on the availability of the product and preference of User.
  2. All eligible refunds against Cancellation of Orders by User Before getting Access of Course will be provided 100% refund. But in case of Cancellation of Orders by User After getting Access of Course User will be subject to deduction of Rs. 500 of the Course Price already paid (Transaction value) as Banking and Transaction charges, delivery and handling charges and balance would be processed to be refunded to User.
  3. Any eligible refund will be initiated by the bank, within 7 (Seven) working days of receipt of "Request for Cancellation of Order", in case of Cancellation of Order.
  4.
